How This Site Uses Artificial Intelligence
· Shane Vanderson · Engel & Völkers South Tampa
Shane Vanderson uses AI the same way he uses any professional tool: to work faster and go deeper, never to replace judgment. This page explains exactly where AI fits into the content and services on shanevanderson.com — and where it doesn't.
Where AI Assists
AI tools support the research and drafting behind much of the content on this site, including neighborhood guides, market updates, blog posts, and frequently asked questions. AI helps compile data, organize research, and produce first drafts. It's part of why this site can cover the South Tampa, Downtown Tampa, and Harbour Island markets in more depth than most agent websites.
Where Humans Decide
Every piece of content published here is reviewed, fact-checked, and approved by Shane before it goes live. Market statistics come from Stellar MLS and other verified sources, not from AI predictions. Pricing opinions, negotiation strategy, and client advice come from Shane's 14 years of experience and 150+ closed sales — AI informs the research, but it never makes the call.
Property Photography and Virtual Staging
Listing photos on this site show properties as they are. If an image has been virtually staged or digitally altered in a way that changes the appearance of the property, it is clearly labeled, and original, unaltered photos are available on request. Standard adjustments like lighting and color correction may be applied, as they are in all professional real estate photography.
Why Disclose This at All
Transparency builds trust, and trust is the foundation of every real estate relationship. Buyers and sellers deserve to know how the information they rely on is produced. Shane believes agents who use AI well — openly, carefully, and with a human in charge — serve their clients better than agents who either avoid it or hide it.
