    A: Yes, and in addition to the hotel ammenities and restaraunts, owners can use a residents-only gym, social kitchen and lounge retreat, and an on-premises, lifestyle manager help with day-to-day tasks.

    Q: Can units be leased?


    A: All leases must be in writing, and be for a term no shorter than six month, except for developer owned units which may be rented as a part of the hotel inventory. No portion of a unit may be rented. All lease agreement must be provided to the association prior to the effective date. The unit owner is resonsible for the Leasee during the term of the lease. If a unit is leased less than 6 months, owner is responsible for paying tourest devopement tax or any other local tax as it relates to short term leasing.
