AQUA at Westshore Yacht Club Condos — South Tampa

AQUA at Westshore Yacht Club: Building Overview

Aqua occupies a 6.1-acre site on the western edge of the Westshore Yacht Club community, facing open Tampa Bay. The full development is planned as three 17-story towers plus a collection of villas — more than 230 residences at buildout. Tower 1, with 77 condominiums, is the first to deliver, with move-ins beginning in 2026. Towers 2 and 3 will follow in later phases.

The project comes from Westshore Group LLC, led by developer Eddie Avila, with Coastal Construction as builder and architecture by Bob Hall of Curtis Gaines Hall Jones — the same architect behind Virage Bayshore and Altura Bayshore. Interiors are by IDDI, the international design firm whose client list includes major luxury hospitality brands.

Every residence faces west, which means direct sunset and open-bay views from the main living areas, with city views to the east from many floor plans.
