ONE St. Petersburg Building Overview
ONE St. Petersburg is a 41-story mixed-use tower at 100 1st Ave N in Downtown St. Petersburg, completed in 2018 by The Kolter Group. At delivery it was the tallest building in the city — a title it held until 400 Central topped out in 2024 — and it remains one of downtown's most recognizable addresses. The tower holds 253 residences spanning one to three bedrooms; the same Kolter project block also delivered the adjacent Hyatt Place hotel as a separate building.
Residents share a resort-style amenity deck with a heated pool, cabanas, spa/hot tub, and fire-pit areas, plus a fitness center, club room, concierge services, secure parking, and private storage. Outside the lobby, Beach Drive dining, waterfront parks, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the St. Pete Pier are all within a short walk — the core of what draws buyers to St. Petersburg's downtown high-rise condo market.
